29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Tharp Cabinet Company LP at 1246 North Denver Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537: On or before November 20, 2015, guarding was not provided to protect employees from hazards created by the pneumatic clamps on the Unique Machine & Tool Co. Model 280 Clamp Table. This condition exposed employees to pinch point hazards.
