Condition noted on or about 11/23/15. Straight Edge Striping, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR.1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315978965, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Intersection of Haddon and Euclid Avenues, Haddonfield NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. Condition observed on or about 11/23/15. Straight Edge Striping, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2) Section 6G.03of the MUTCD Millennium Edition Series, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315978965, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Intersection of Haddon and Euclid Avenues, Haddonfield NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
