29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained: (a) Chemical Room - On or about April 14, 2016, the employer failed to provide adequate drainage for corrosive sanitation chemicals spilled and dripped onto the concrete floor in areas adjacent to the chemical mixing station and the chemical totes. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
