29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) 916 lake Ave in Spring Lake Heights, NJ, 07762- New addition (SW corner of building), top of framing, front side of property: Employer did not initiate and maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections by a competent person resulting in employee exposure to hazards including but not limited to struck by and fall hazards which resulted in an employee injury on 11/23/15 and was observed on 11/24/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
