29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 11/19/2015 - Blue Line Planer Area, combustible dust generated from the sawmill operations had accumulated on the walls, pipes, equipment, motors, and electrical power panels from 1/8 inch to more than 4 inches, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
