29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, and protective clothing, respiratory devices, and prot3ective shields and barriers shall be provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: ESTABLISHMENT: The sharp edge of the side bracket, installed at one side of the conveyor at Door No.3 was not appropriately guarded, protected or other means was utilized to protect employees from cuts and other injuries.
