29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and/or were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a) 499 Running Pump Road, Lancaster, PA; While replacing purlins employees were using fall protection anchor points that were not installed according to manufacturer installation requirements, on or about 11/24/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
