29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where rodents, insects, or other vermin were detected: The employer is failing to protect employees from pest born disease in that evidence was observed of rodents, insects, or other vermin under the sink, cabinets and locker areas of the break room. The evidence observed in these areas was mouse droppings, rub marks and dead insects.
