29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:    On or about November 25, 2015, at the jobsite located at 9001 W. 151st. St., Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in steel installation/welding were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 26 feet from the stairwell opening on the third floor level to the concrete floor on the first level.  Fall protection was not provided to protect employees from falling.
