29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with working out of an aerial lift without fall protection. The most recent occurrence of this took place at the job site located at 2810 Heartland Road, Lexington, NE where the employer had two employees of the company sheeting a pre-engineered steel building while working out of an aerial lift 14 feet 6 inches above the ground without wearing a fall arrest harness and a lanyard tethered to the connection point inside the aerial lift basket.
