29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about 11/30/15, a corrosive detergent with a pH of 12-14 is used in the parts washer.  The use of a corrosive requires an eyewash be available that has continuous flow of 1.5 liters per minute for 15 minutes.  The wall mounted bottle eye washes did not provide the continuous flow required for adequate flushing of the eyes.
