29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     a/ OSU Warehouse Distribution/Jamesburg NJ Site: Warehouse Forklift Battery Maintenance Area.  An eye wash facility was not made readily available where battery fluid levels are checked. Eye wash to have a minimum 15 minutes of continuous flow of water and/or other approved solution.       Observed on/or about 12/2/2015.
