29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building E-4; On or about December 2, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees decking the roof were exposed to fall hazards of 19 feet 11 3/4 inches to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection. b) Building E-5; On or about December 2, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees working form the top plate of the 1st floor were exposed to fall hazards of 109 inches to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection.
