29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:  Instances: a) On or about December 1, 2015 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to the hazard of working with a Dayton drill press that was not guarded at the point of operation.  b) On or about December 1, 2015 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to the hazard of working with a  Jet drill press that was not guarded at the point of operation.
