29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) At the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Located at 1901 Milwaukee, Ave Burlington the employer did not ensure that the aisle ways and passage ways in between storage rack systems located in the back room were clear from obstruction that limited safe egress to other product stored and retrieved. Walking and carrying other merchandise in this area created tripping and same level fall hazards.
