29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. 225 John B. Brooks Road, Pendergrass, GA (Corn Mixer Area #1-5) - Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazard. Employees operate the corn mixer which does not immediately come to a complete stop when the stop button is push. The mixers were not adequately guarded. There was a section of the mixer discharge area that is not fully guarded where employees can come in contact with the moving augurs, on or about 12/2/15.
