Above the CNC machine room of the facility the employer is failing to protect employees from an explosive hazard in that the room containing the CNC machine was configured in such a way as to allow for accumulation of dust.  The room was equipped with a drop ceiling that allowed accumulation of combustible above the ceiling tiles.
