29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(D): The blood borne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the employer's exposure control plan and the means by which the employee could obtain a copy of the written plan:  a)  The employer had not provided employees with potential exposure to blood and body fluids information and training on a written exposure control plan that contained an exposure determination, schedule and method for implementation of methods of compliance, hepatitis B vaccination and post exposure follow-up, communication of hazards to employees or recordkeeping for the facility and the means to access the document.
