29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) On or about 11/30/15 at a construction site located on Chestnut Ridge Road, Amherst, New York; employees installing a new fiber optic line were using a bucket truck that was partially in the travel lane of a heavily traveled two way town road. A construction site entrance for an unrelated project was across the road and was effecting the opposite side of the road narrowing the travel lane. There were no signs posted for either construction activity identifying hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIICATION REQUIRED

The employee in the bucket did not have a harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
