29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A). On or about 12/03/15, at the site of 248-05 Thornhill Ave. Little Neck, NY Employees installing a pitch roof at the site were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and roof materials from the roof. Employees working underneath were not provided with protective helmets. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
