Employees involved in welding operations utilized cables with improper repairs less than ten feet from the electrode stinger holder:        a. Power source supplied from Lincoln Electric welder Model AC-150/4.5 welders cable number 1.      b. Power source supplied from Lincoln Electric welder Model K2343-2 welders cable number 2.
