29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.    On December 3, 2015 during an inspection the employer had employees working in the main production area of the facility located 1407 2nd Ave, Sutton, NE where the employer has failed to adequately clean the facility resulting in combustible wood dust accumulations in excess of 1/32 of an inch.  Instances include but are not limited to:  i.    Wood dust build-up on the overhead rafters exceeding 1/32 of an inch.   ii.   Wood dust build-up on unused machines in the main production area approximately ¼ inch thick.  iii.  Wood dust build-up on wall beams along the north wall of the main production area ¾ inch thick.   iv.  Wood dust build-up in the dust collector room along all wall beams and overhead beams approximately one inch thick.
