OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to thermal burns:  Site, 57 West Dedham Street, Boston:  On or about November 23, 2015, an employee who was working on top of the fryers removing filters and cleaning the exhaust vent hood duct suffered thermal burns to the feet, ankles and leg when the platform shifted and he fell into the hot frying oil.
