29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds or the employer did not require fall protection use for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection was feasible and did not create a greater hazard: a) Job site, 705 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about December 4, 2015, during scaffold erection activities, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems/devices were used where employees were exposed to falls of up to approximately 30 feet.
