29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage and sharp corners or projections were not avoided: Instances including, but not limited to the following: a) Job site, 705 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about December 4, 2015, during construction activities in the upper level of the carriage house, the employer did not ensure that a temporary electrical power cable was protected against damage and that projections were avoided in that a non-metallic sheathed conductor (romex) ran along the stair wall area where users placed their hands and it was also wrapped around a protruding nail in the framing.
