NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.651(j)(2): Employees were not protected from excavated or other materials or equipment that could pose a hazard by falling or rolling into excavations, or by a combination of both if necessary: (a) On or about 11/13/15, at 260 Gate House Trail, employees working in a trench measuring 10 feet deep, were not protected against being struck by excavated materials (soil, rock and debris), falling into the trench. Excavated materials were not scaled back away from the trench opening at least two (2) feet from the edge. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
