29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the jobsite located at 5905 10th Ave., Topeka, Kansas: An employee engaged in framing activities on a fully decked 8:12 pitch roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet from the eave of the structure to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized while transitioning across the roof.
