29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  (a) Front side, The Kalen Center located at 201 Vaughan Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30009: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 26-feet to the lower level while working from a makeshift scaffold platform which was elevated by a Genie (Model GTH-644) All-Terrain Forklift Truck.
