29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:    a) On or about December 4, 2015 employees were installing roof shingles using Bostich brand, pneumatic nail guns with 1-1/4" roofing nails and were not protected from struck by hazards to the eyes by means of safety goggles, safety glasses or safety shield.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     A). On or About December 4, 2015 employees engaged in a re-roof operation on a one story residential structure are not protected from falls by any means of a safety net, guardrail system, or personal fall protection system exposing the employees to falls in excess of 9 feet to the ground below.     Roberson Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 306748906, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/22/2004, with respect to a workplace located at 816 N. Atlantic Ave, Daytona, Beach, FL 32118.
