29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on January 14, 2019, when employees of Bold City Roofing & Restoration, the sub contractor on site, under the control of Roberson Roofing, Inc, are working on the one story 5:12 pitch, detached garage of the residence without fall protection and are exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.    Roberson Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109902, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 943 Daytona Ave, Holly Hill, FL 32174, and was assessed a penalty of $4620.00.      Roberson Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121440, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/14/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 38 Pinehurst Circle, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, and was assessed a penalty of $6800.00.      Roberson Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204584 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/24/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Poinsetta Drive, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, and was assessed a penalty of $6517.00
