29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on January 19, 2017, when employees are working on a residential roof at 8 Poinsettia Drive, Ormond Beach, Florida 32176 without fall protection and were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet.    Roberson Roofing, Inc., previously committed a repeat violation of a similar standard on January 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace at 38 Pinehurst Circle, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, which became a final order on April 14, 2016, (Inspection No. 1121440).      Roberson Roofing, Inc., previously committed a repeat violation of a similar standard on December 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace at 943 Daytona Avenue, Holly Hill, FL 32117, which became a final order on January 20, 2016, (Inspection No. 1109902).
