29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a)  On or about 11-19-15 in the CNC Department at 2121 Cleveland Avenue, Marinette, Wisconsin, employees were operating a Solberga Drill Press without a guard to protect employees from entanglement hazards.    b)  On or about 12-03-15 in the CNC Department at 2121 Cleveland Avenue, Marinette, Wisconsin, an employee was operating a Delta Drill Press without an adequate guard attached to protect employees from entanglement hazards.
