29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about July 14, 2015 at the above address employees were performing roofing work on a residential home. Employees were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9.8 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
