29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  JOBSITE:  1) The employees performing roofing work on a steep sloped (8 in 12 pitch) roof and exposed to the hazard of falling, between 24 ft. 1 inch to 35 ft. 5 inches to the ground were not protected by guardrails, personal fall arrest systems or other equivalent means.  2) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling 14 ft. to the ground while performing cleaning inside the house where there were unguarded wall openings at the 2nd level.
