29 CFR 1926.300(c): Employees using hand and power tools and exposed to the hazard of falling, flying, abrasive, or splashing objects, or exposed to harmful dusts, fumes, mists, vapors, or gases were not provided with the particular personal protective equipment necessary to protect them from the hazard. a) Lot 78 Caitlin Way, High Pointe Development, St. George, DE- On or about November 5, 2015, the employer failed to provide safety glasses to employees operating a coil nail gun and an employee was exposed to flying objects when the nail gun malfunctioned and ejected nails caused a loss of vision.
