The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section. On or about December 8, 2015, at the above addressed site, the employer did not have and/or make available at the site documentation for employees signaling a 50 ton wheel mounted telescoping boom crane.
