29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  Vertical Shop:  On or about December 2, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the self-closing receptacle for oily rag waste collection was overfilled.  This condition exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards from spontaneous fires associated with inadequate waste control.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:  Building 2350, Machine Shop:  On or about December 2, 2015 and at times prior thereto, compressed air for cleaning exceeded 100 p.s.i.g.  This condition exposed employees to air embolism hazards.
