29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective. Building 1132, South wall; on or about 02 December 2015 and times prior thereto; a 115 volt energized electrical outlet, did not have a ground. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
