Power Plant, Pipe fitters/Mechanic area;  On or about 3 December 2015 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used for cleaning purposes exceeded 30 p.s.i. The air nozzle measured approximately 100 psi.  The air nozzle was not equipped with a pressure deflector to reduce the pressure of air flow.  This exposed employees to foreign objects being embedded to the body and eyes.
