On or about November 19, 2015, at 3051 Kumho Parkway, Macon, Georgia, in the curing building:  An employee installing the Electronic Monorail System wiring was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16-feet when he worked from cartwalk 2 with unguarded floor openings and was not tied off which resulted in a fall which caused his death.
