29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. On or about November 19, 2015, at 3051 Kumho Parkway, Macon, Georgia: Employees spotting and operating boom lifts in the proximity of the unguarded floor openings of the curing pits were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7-10ft.
