29 CFR 1926.351(e): Arc welding or cutting operation(s) were not shielded by noncombustible or flame proof screens to protect employees and other persons working in the vicinity from the direct rays of the arc:  a.  3051 Kumho Parkway, MACON, GA (Curing building pit area) -   Adjacent employees were exposed to being struck by flying welding sparks and a thermal heat hazard.  The hand welder was performing welding work in an open space without a barrier to prevent the flying sparks, slag and/or molten pieces from coming in contact with employees who access the area, on or about 11/19/2015.

29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6)(i): Employee(s) were allowed to ride on scaffolds when the surface on which the scaffold was moved was not within 3 degrees of level, and/or not free of pits, holes, and obstructions:  a.  3051 Kumho Parkway, Macon, GA (Creel Room E-2) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  Employees were operating a scissor lift in close proximity to the edge of the unguarded open floor holes, when working in the area, on or about 11/19/2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  a.  3051 Kumho Parkway, Macon, Ga. (Curing building pit area) -  Employees were walking and working in close proximity to an unguarded pit, exposing employees to fall hazard of 7-10 ft. from ground level to the inside of the pit, on or about 11/19/2015.
