The written program must also include: (a) A list of all the chemicals used in the workplace. (b) Methods to inform employees of hazards associated with non-routine tasks. (c) Methods the employer will use to inform any contractor's employees of workplace hazards. a) At the establishment, on or about 12/9/15: There was no written hazard communication program or employee training for employees using and/or exposed to various products, including, but not limited to Oasis 146 Multi-Quat sanitizer, Spray Nine multi purpose cleaner, etc. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
