29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) On or about 12/03/2015 - in the Sewing Department, the point of operation guard on the button machine was flexible and did not prevent the operator from having their fingers in the danger zone exposing employees to caught-between hazards.
