29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) On or about December 9, 2015, and at times prior, employees in the upper storage area were exposed to electrical hazards where a flexible extension cord was used in place of permanent wiring. The extension cord was used to supply power to a water separator for one of the shop air compressors.
