29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about December 4, 2015, and at times prior, Advanced Construction Services, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Mountain Peak Framing, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards at the site by conducting regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards and overhead falling object hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
