OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being caught in a rotating part: a) At the Appling County Pellet plant next to the pellet mill #6, on or about 12-07-2015, an employee conducting maintenance on a light fixture was exposed to an unguarded rotating actuator, located eight feet above the floor, resulting in an entanglement hazard.
