This violation was observed on or about December 9, 2015 at 15000 N. May, Oklahoma City, Mr. Electric Inc. did not ensure that each employee was wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the proper anchor points while in the Genie S-45 Articulating Boom Aerial lift basket exposing employees to a fall from approximately 30 ft.
