Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding hazards such as falls during job site operations, decreasing the probability of employee injury and/or illness.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) M & L Builders & Restorations LLC on or about December 09, 2015, at the address of 3119 Central Park West, Toledo, OH: The employer failed to ensure an employee was protected from a fall while installing house wrap material from a forklift supported scaffold. The employee tasked with this work was operating atop the job made wooden platform without any fall protection in place. The employee working in this condition was exposed to a fall up to 25 ft. to the ground below.
