29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: Bayland Buildings project site located at 1805 Plover Rd. Plover, WI: On and before 12/9/15, employees were exposed to shock hazards from a furnace wired with flexible metal conduit with a plug connected to the conductors and laid on the floor where foot traffic led to the plug being pulled loose from the conduit and disconnecting the ground.
